About Manaslu circuit Trek
Manaslu Circuit Trek explores around the 8th highest mountain in the world, Mt. Manaslu. Surrounded by the Annapurna range in the west and Ganesh Himal in the east, Manaslu is one of the most beautiful 8,000 meters plus mountains. Manaslu region was opened for trekkers in 1992.
Back then, the lack of accommodation along the trail had made Manaslu Circuit Trekking very expensive and challenging. This resulted in fewer flow tourists, making the route pristine and unspoiled. Moreover, this region comes under a restricted area in Nepal, so you have to take a special permit from the government of Nepal to go on the Manaslu Circuit trek.

As the Manaslu region is located along the border of Nepal and Tibet, you will get to see a rich cultural blend. The locals here are mostly followers of Hinduism and Buddhism. You will come across many ancient monasteries, chortens, stupas, and prayer flags on the way. Likewise, you will get to experience the unique lifestyle and warm hospitality of the locals.
